Because I am constantly on the look-out to share great information with my valued customers and subscribers (like you), when I found out about a guy that buys and sells 10-15 houses every single month and never looks at a single one of them I just had to learn more.
I have heard of using technology in real estate but when I heard what Larry Goins was doing I couldn’t believe it!
He not only buys and sells 10-15 houses a month and never looks at them… He also never talks to a single realtor, FSBO, attorney, appraiser or buyer! Did you hear that?

Sometimes I find great articles and think that my readers need to see them also.
This is one such article I think that everyone in foreclosure needs to read. It shows that ordinary folks can and should fight a foreclosure rather than just doing nothing and letting the bank take the house.
The courts will listen to your plea and they do require a lot from the banks and if they do not give them what they require in the procedure the courts can and will delay the foreclosure.
