I know, of course you want to sell your home fast, who doesn’t? For the most part everyone tries to sell their home the same way. List it with a realtor, putting ads in the newspaper, holding open houses and having a sign on your lawn.
These are the standard ways and they all work to some degree.

I know that everyone has heard abut the Mortgage Meltdown but if you have not here it is.
Due to the unprecedented numbers of foreclosures many mortgage banks and lenders have stopped doing a lot of loans for people with less than perfect credit or unverifiable income.
Unless you have a very high score and minimum 10% down you can no longer get a mortgage without verifying your income.

I should really call it a “mythtery” as to why buyers call the listing agent on the home they may be interested in.
Do they not know that the person on the sign “works for the seller” therefore is trying to get them the highest possible price.

Do you think that the middle class seems to get the least amount of help from the government?
Even the FHA bailout for people about to go into foreclosure seemed not to help folks with loan amounts over $368,000.
I was trying to refinance a loan for someone that had a mortgage balance that was just over the FHA limit by $3,000 and could not get them financed.
