Now some of you know that I am a realtor and a mortgage broker but what you may not know is that about 1.5 years ago the real estate market crashed here in Florida, the mortgage market then went belly up due to banks closing due to a tremendous amount of foreclosures.

Lenders that had loan programs that had been my bread and butter for the last 6–10 years were discontinued (100% financing for first time home buyers, investors and people that could not verify income).

This meant that 80% of the loans I used to be able to do were now impossible to do.
