I have been getting a lot of questions from people in foreclosure or behind on payments about if I know of ways for them to make a little extra money quick.
I must talk to several people a day that are in the same situation and I have been looking for ways to help them.
Even me as an investor , realtor and mortgage broker have seen my income slide down dramatically because of this real estate downturn and mortgage meltdown.
I have found some systems that can help these folks make that extra money that could save them from foreclosure.
