This list was researched and created by Barbara Corcoran, who in my opinion is one of the greatest success stories in real estate history in New York city.
She came from very humble beginnings, started in real estate very late in life after raising I believe 5 or 6 children and created a real estate empire worth billions.
So when Barbara Corcoran speaks, I listen.
